So getting married is one of the most important things in your life right? Problem is, it's so hard to do something different. There is a kind of routine for weddings, which is why you have so many people doing dance routines and shows during the day to surprise their guests, but even they are becoming common now. So what are you meant to do then?!!

Well to start there is seriously no need to panic, because frankly, people will always enjoy your wedding day, whatever you decide to do. These minor details you worry so much about, are not a big deal to the average guest. They are more than happy just being there to support you on your big day. Did you know that each year over 7000 couples get married in Essex? There aren't enough Unique ideas to go around, so pick yourself a single side attraction to keep the conversation flowing. Most DJ's are capable of keeping the guests happy, but actually when you start your first dance at 7pm, that means your DJ is about to try and keep guests dancing for 5 hours?!! Some do succeed and usually it comes down to how 'up for it' your guests are. So like I said, book a side attraction to sit in about 7pm to 9pm and this will generally make for a much smoother night.

Some examples are a Band, Wedding Singer, Magician, Photo Booth and if you want to step the game up then look into Rodeo Bulls, Marryoke, Comedy News Crew, Singing Waiters and maybe look a-like performers. I got married last year myself and we went for a comedy News Crew.

They basically set up a Red Carpet and interviewed guests as they arrived like you would get at an awards ceremony or film premiere. They filmed it all and gave us a 45 minute DVD with the highlights. So whatever you decide don't worry about trying to be unique. The reason everything seems to be so routine is because it works and its expected. You enjoy Halloween, because you know you get to dress up without judgement and go to a party full of friends doing the same. You like Christmas, because you get to see the family, play games and follow your traditions. Weddings don't have to be different, but don't get me wrong if you can pull off a showstopper then fair play!
